Commitment for food safety and quality is not an easy task. It could be the hardest job, to balance between persuading and reaching that consensus that often get challenged by everyone else. That is and has been a part of my task.
Been working on my audit and kept finding gaps with opportunities for improvement but I am glad there is some support shown at the production level at the very least. This is what I dedicated my time and life for. Others would see me as crazy but this is what I am getting myself into.
