Recently, I am learning about utilizing food quality tools and Six Sigma processes to improve effectiveness, meeting customer expectation and satisfaction. It is challenging theoretically. not to mention applying it to the real world solution.Quality tools are so attractive that it helps identify issues, severity and what can and needs to be done about it.
Implementation requires lots of follow-up and up-keep.
