Got back from a health talk and realize there are so much more that I weren't aware of. I am a weird person. Rather than moaning why I don't know (which I did for a while), I am happy to discover what I don't know. These are things that I keep in my mind- the perspectives of others that make sense.
So, what? You discover and then???? --- The end of the story. That's true for most of us, getting to learn new things excited us and the excitement dies off as time passed by. I am a human too. Same thing happen unless it gets to my brain and my brain starts to display signals that I would like to learn more. The internet shuttle by and say ride on- see and search me if there is anything that answer your query. And you find a whole bunch of perspectives- people who are for and against ... eventually, you find there are different perspective associated with taking care of your own body and health.
Torn apart between natural food products and processed food products as I am exploring the concept of holistic nutrition. Learning to make on-going little changes in life to enhance health.
An easy way out for nutritionist is to tell you that this particular food is bad for you. Well, it serves it's purpose because you aren't going to take note unless it is bad for you. That is simply how human reacts to situation. One concept that I knew I still hold is, no food are bad for you; there is just food that cause more health problem to your body if you over-consume them. Just like how toxic accumulates in your body, these food accumulate in your body before they disposed out or worse, continues to be in your body if they can't get out.
