Habits is what we used to. My work habit is that I got used to multiple mini projects that I kept making more for myself.
Wonderful way to make myself do more work and fill up my time with productive project. Have you seen my new blog series on what we eat as a reflection of what the society approves?
My friends think I am so healthy that pop and sodas never on my dining menu. But, hey I drink too but trying hard to limit myself. That is why we know Pepsi, coke etc still exist. We are accustomed to them. Many people can give testimonial of why they think pop drinks should exist. I still remember how university events are filled with soft drinks and pizza.
Of course, then it raises another question: does nutritionist or dietician consume soft drinks? Are they allowed to? They are- well, regard as unhealthy.
Our (society) definition of healthy and unhealthy affects how food products are made. I recently take 2 spoons of chia seeds daily for omega-3 because I think I need more omega-3.
Obviously, that's just one. The second one- at least one YouTube food science video a week. Search for food science on YouTube and find wonderful videos. I recently watched how reinovating serving methods brings memory experience for the diners. It is indeed an art.
Biggest mini project- portfolio. These include creating images and finding a medium to display my portfolio. It ranges from simple design, work experiences and school projects.
Some of you who follow the blog and website see that it kept changing. I promise you it will change for better. Learned how to build a website is one of my achievement this year.
