I finally got started with reading again. Love reading and this time around with better reading result. Ie, I am finally finishing my book and not half way through. Many will question why I am reading management book and not food science books. There aren't too much food science book compared to business books that got me interested. Plus the bigger block is I got most food news I needed online and through work.
Reading inspire action, I must say or maybe it is me that want to do something for others. Something small but will deliver sincere thoughts of appreciation for those who worked so hard. I spend a worth-while hour to write because someone in the team inspire me that appreciation kept them going. They have a labour intensive and it is hard to simply watch them doing that. More so, asked for help to do more.
They often wished that they have my job (they never understood what I have to do) but when I say I can't do what they do, they don't seem to take it seriously. They might think I am consistenly being sarcastic when I thank them for their skills and job.
