What god brought to me is the uniqueness to be able learn and I am truly grateful for that. I am grateful that I was told intently or accidentally. It is important to realize things earlier than later. God open up my eye to see how the world is. To learn is a precious gift from god. I learned many of my lesson the hard way and it made significant in my life.
I build my own intellectual mind, that stores what I value the most. Graduated from UBC Food Science program, I am gifted and I want to keep this gift and profession. The young me wants to have fun and learning new things but more importantly, maintain my profession.
Apart from the few moments during my early careers, I am left with get-it done attitude. It probably a matter of the commercial world of appreciation of those who can get things done. "I want to see this tomorrow. Get it done." That is the only instruction I get. And it all begins, trying multiple ways to get it done. More questions? Are you even supposed to be here? And another epic one: "How could you not know how to do it?"
Of course, when we speak of getting it done with cost structure, most cost structure are deemed too expensive. So, I am left with get-it done at a lower cost and more efficient way.
The do-it and get-it done are the best skills ever you could learn from a smaller company. And then, comes the job aspect part. For whatever reason, your job is always changing- a moment of yes and the next moment, no. Yes-No-Yes-No, is it going to move on? You have no authority and you are left hanging... Do it or not? -Figure out yourself.
And I am still left with figure-it-out myself.
I walked in today into the production and unlike the usual day, I see my coworker was so confused on how to fill up multiple forms. He felt sorry for the lack of effort to fill up the required forms.
I know it wasn't his fault as it is new for him and they never had to do anything like that before. I tried to bring changes not to hurt them but to make clear records so that anyone can look at the record without the need to question. It is a good practice to ensure the job is properly done according to the procedure. Ray, I wanted to say I am proud of you taking the step forward. I am always supportive and will help out. Regardless of how busy I am applying for different product license or compiling information for customer, I still always have time to support all of you.
If I can make your life easier, I will do it 100%. Hopefully, you will eventually understand my persistence to make you fill up what we have right now. There are more forms coming in the way. If this become a routine, then it makes your life easier.
More than a week, the missing flight did not return to the earth; leaving countless sadness and tears fall. It is a tragic case for man lose hope and all it matters is to make sure the world is peace.
Humanity is lost. The new thoughts go to suppressing others benefit for own good are deemed to be an act that allow for survival. Must we survive this way?
Life is so unpredictable. I am sure many have shocked and saddened by the mysterious disappearance of a flight with 239 passengers. Over 24 hours but I still hope they are doing fine elsewhere, alive and stay alive until the rescue team is there.
Life can be very unpredictable. Regardless of how and what we tried to accomplished in life, the only thing that we could do is keeping ourselves alive. Death is the only thing that completely fail us without a second chance. I pray for #MH370 and hope everyone kept their hope high that these 239 passengers would return to us.
A little drop of water dripping into a sea of water. It might be useless.
However, if we gather more drops of water, it will makes an impact.
To those who are seeking to make an impact to the community, we know who we are and we believe in what we are doing. That is very important.
I am hanging on, knowing I can make a difference in other's life; just as someone made mine.
