I was using this diet tracker last week just to see how I am doing with moderating my food intakes versus calorie intake. Just a simple practice of taking less fat and carbohydrates, more protein and fiber. It works out for me to low calorie meal but it provides insufficient energy for me to do my daily activity. And this amazing diet tracker actually gives us the empty calories or the calories that does not provide us with energy. I got my empty calories from over-consumption of cereals and granola bar.
It is probably worth a check of your dietary requirement and how you are doing in terms of meeting your nutrient requirement.
