The word 'healthy' does not click with everyone. While many associations not limited to food company, food industry, non-profit organization and government association pushes to make a move towards healthy living- healthy food, not everyone recognize the word healthy.
It is a sad truth that taste and flavor remains to be the determinant factors that a food product make their way into the food market. A good product marketing to push product to make it seems to be a necessity to purchase and continue to consume.
Sometimes I wonder how and what I can do to break this viscous cycle. There should be a balance but food scientist can only make and food marketer act their way toward marketing and sell the product.
And it became a meaningless agenda for those who care less about their food but flavor. This is a world where no one ever could tell and be certain for the word 'healthy'. We will do our best to promote health and be alerted with false marketing.
