Ya, right. This is another weight management, supplement selling blogs. Look carefully because I am not going to sell you anything. My purpose is to provide some background information on we can manage our body weight.
Girls like me- love being slim. Because we look gorgeous that way, fitting in the nice dresses and gowns. Spectacular but the problem is we love the butter cookies, the cream cheese, the cake and deserts. Yum... yum...
There are some sufferer of food indulgence that have little self-control. Then, we had a little bit extra calories put on and our clothes just don't fit. We grew plump. OMG, nightmares starts.
The basis of weight management focus on calories, not just calories intake but more of it is calories absorbed by our body. It is easy to calculate the extra calories we had. Most weight-concious women knows the formula.
So, what do you do with the extra calories? Find ways to burn them- by exercising and taking supplements that capable of aiding fat metabolism like CLA (Conjugated Linolenic Acid) that promotes burning of fat more rapidly and stimulate leptin, a signal to tell our brain that we are full, stop eating. Hence, promote satiety and satisfaction with less amount of food, less amount of calories.
Green tea also a good complement to our dietary habit because it promotes satiety and help us feel full faster.
Another way is to have the fat go through our body, minimizing the absorption of fat into our body. Fiber is an excellent companion for dieting because they make you full PLUS fiber binds with fatty acids before it gets removed from our body with the fat it binds.
Any supplements that make you lose appetite (eating lesser), burns fat faster and remove fats from your body work weight management. Want a better result, a good tips is to moderate your calories intake and have smaller food portion at a time.
