Today morning, I had a breakfast- bread with sunflower seeds oil. It is called SunButter. The name just made me felt that I am having the nutrients from the sun. The sun grew most of our food, making them nutritiously available to be harvested.
As a flower, sunflower blooms to its fullest 2 to 4 inches in length. Both its flower and seeds are deemed as food by the Chinese.
We made sun-dried marinated/preserved sunflower seeds that one needs to peel off the outer layer of the seeds for the inner portions. Then, the dried sunflower petals as tea. We made use of what nature gave us.
And today morning, I just tried the creamy sunflower butter and now, I have an alternative to peanut butter. When it comes to butter, I thought of alfatoxins. Couldn't figure how I remember the term "alfatoxins". It seems an ancient terms. It is a term that we describe toxin that produced by fungi that occur in peanut products.
I encourage anyone who like to try the bland organic sunflower butter to get some... I have a whole jar so ....
