Veganism- is the extreme dietary manner that eliminates more than just meat. It also include dairy products, egg, and seafoods. This dietary habit took away lots of nutrients from our life. To some, it meant restriction for good, but how many of us are able to fulfill this by just having greens? And among the most common argument I heard came from their mother, who disagree their child eliminating milk, egg, fish or shrimp. Our mother want us to have a healthy body by having sufficient nutrients.
I am not any of the follower of vegetarian or veganism. I am a person who provide myself flexibility with a little nutrition knowledge to equip myself. The very moment I am having my meal just as salad, my mother nag me. We knew that eating salad can be so healthy by incorporating greens in our diet. It is disapproved because it is not filling plus no meat.
I am not kidding. Asian mom thought of meat as energy producer, boosting the energy in our body. They might be true. After all, we know that in comparison 1g of fat equals to 9kcal and 1g of protein equals to 4kcal. What is in meat? Fats and proteins plus vitamin B12 - the energy producer.
So, how do you have a personalized diet? This is my style: I tried eating minimal meat apart from brewing soup, prevent myself from getting shrimp, lobster and all those exotic seafood, supporting milk product and take less egg plus more vegetables.
You could choose to eliminate parts of diets and turning them into your personalized diet.
