Yesterday is World Cancer Day. My aunt lost her husband to cancer and many others might lost their friends and families to cancer too. Not to mention, many others struggle against cancer.
Cancer is not the only evidence that proves the adverse effect when our body act against us. Cancer is a condition where our cells skips through the cell regulations in our body, and continuously growing and multiply.
We heard of multiple types of cancer. Among the famous one are breast cancer, lung cancer and colorectum cancer. Each bring dire consequences. The question that I think we need to ask ourselves is if we can't control the development of cancer cells turning into malign tumors, what can we do about it?
Can food be a solution to cancers? What is the science behind the cancer preventing foods? I think many are aware of mushrooms being anti-cancer. Let's go along that line.
