I never thought of the brilliant idea to measure the amount of cream that double stuff oreos contains. The facts that teenagers know how to measure what they are getting as food is a great reminder that the consumers are becoming more aware of what they eat. Never underestimate our consumer.
1.86 times the cream were measured versus 2.00 times of the raw ingredient input. What have gone wrong? Where were the missing 14% of the raw ingredients? It could be evaporated during the process, making the cream a little bit lesser.
What else are we missing out that perhaps needs some measurement?
