Milk products are an addiction. That is why I can't be a complete vegan, not because I can't forgo the meat but the milk. I heard of so many cases of lactose intolerance and wonder what is going to happen if I am having it too. It would be a miserable tragedy.
I went grocery shopping and got an oat milk. The oat milk is made from oat, labelled with the high calcium sources claim. It tasted a bit sweet and as I am drinking it, I sense the richness of the nuts without the lactose taste. Highly recommended to those who like to have calcium from milk source but just simply dislike the taste/flavor of the lactose.
Aside from oat milk, we have other sources of milk including soy milk and almond milk. The report indicates that almond milk is in now in trend rather than the soy milk. I wonder why is that so? Have you tried any of these alternative milk? What is the attraction?
