The season of mango -one of my favourite fruit. Ripe mango is so juicy and sweet. (Sometimes, you just want it to be a little unripe so you get the "sour-sweet" taste).
As I was preparing my dinner, I was slicing mango and to my creativity. I add them to stir-fry and they turned into smudge mango. Ewww... looks unappealing. What I found is to slice them and add them as a topping of whatever food you are eating. Just like some people sprinkle sesame on their rice OR healtier, nut mixes on top of yogurt.
It creates a different look to your dish and you do not need to eat fruits and dinner separately. More over, you gains lots of vitamin C and fiber. We know how fiber helps us to get full faster.
My recommendation today, mango toppings to create a different look and feel full faster.
