How is everyone doing with some add-on products? Do they attracts you in any sense? Been adding little bits of chia seeds to your yogurt or whey protein in your diet to help you built some muscle while you work out?
There are many different ways add-on products help complements our diet. Discovering new ideas is just like writing a new recipe on your own. If you are adventurous, you know how it feels to create a new recipe. I have done it many times and some did end up to the thrash- they are either successful, or burned or taste funny. It is our human nature to discard anything that taste funny.
I remembered once I was baking a lemon cake. All is fine until I forgot to add the sugar. Perfect cake but ended up in the trash- simply because it taste bitter.
