I cook for my lunch and dinner tonight-plain vegetables with some seafood sauce. I am not sure if I got sick (feeling) from eating out or I felt that I am healthier eating this super convenient to cook food. Stir-fry with sauces is what it takes to call it a meal.
I do not depend on meat to make my day although I knew deep in my heart, I need those source of protein. It is different eating when you have a nutritional mindset. You choose really carefully of what you eat and essentially, trying to eat in moderation.
I love to cook again :) After eating out continuously, I just wanted a home-cooked meal that is nutritious, taste acceptable and need not to be at cafe/ restaurant standard. This is why people should learn how to cook food.
