I have been eating out for a whole week with friends and being alone. This is a social experiments. What do you feel after a week of eating out?
The answer is can I just have someone cook for me. I am having problem deciding for the menu. It is costly and I felt I am eating so much unhealthy food every single day.
Then, the follow up question come? Why are you feeling unhealthy? Emmm... maybe I am a food nutrition and health graduate from UBC. OMG, does eating out just turn me more unhealthy?
Cooking at home takes barely 15 minutes (There are lots of easy to cook recipe) and everyone could manage them[ cross my finger]. I have had too many excuses- blaming to friends, packing and meetings to attend. It is just not acceptable to kept eating out.
And there I go again- lunch with friends today. Aren't we just can't stop giving business to cafe and restaurant and supporting their business activities?
